#define BOOST_OPENMETHOD_HAS_PEXT

Description

1 if the compiler can emit BMI2's parallel bit extract, pext, and 0 otherwise. The header always compiles; what fails, with a diagnostic, is naming the policy in a registry when this is 0. A program that offers the policy as an option guards the declaration with it:
